Origin
Story
Hi, I'm Roach — writer, founder, and creative producer behind Muse Ink.
I've been doing this for a while—from grinding to sell my first comics in empty shops and navigating an unforgiving industry, to getting published, co-founding a comic book app, and eventually speaking at global tech events about the power of comics and the value of creators.
Over the years, I've collaborated with dozens of incredible artists and writers to craft fun, exciting, sometimes devastating story worlds—spanning creator-owned comics, licensed IP, and branded campaigns.
In 2023, I co-founded one of the first digital collectible comic platforms, where I did a little bit of everything except write code.
I’d led the platform’s in-house Studio--writing, producing, and developing stories for web3 brands--while handling biz dev where I spoke with traditional creators and publishers about the new market potential unlocked by web3.
We were an indie-first, small startup that took a big swing—aiming to disrupt an industry and provide a valuable new tool for creators—and I'm very proud of what we’d built.
